A meal fit for the laziest of Sunday's. Beyond Beef
Beyond Beef Sloppy Joe's
Makes 3-4 Sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 1-11 oz. package Beyond Beef
crumbles
- 2/3 cup canned tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- 1 tbsp. sriracha
- 1 tbsp. vegan Worcestershire
- Add all ingredients to a Crock Pot, stir well, and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Serve on a soft roll of your choice. I used whole wheat.
Smokey Maple Apple Cole Slaw
Ingredients:
- 1 package Broccoli Carrot Slaw
- 1/2 head of red cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup Just Mayo
- 2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp. Liquid Smoke
- 2 tsp. crushed chipotle chile
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
Instructions:
- Combine everything except for the veggies together in a bowl.
- Add veggies and toss with dressing.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour for flavors to combine.
Both last in tightly sealed containers in the fridge for at least a week.
